About us

Who we are

One Home Foundation and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

One Home Foundation is an organization working towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The organization’s main focus is on the areas of Sustainable Environment, Sustainable Cities and Communities, and Community Development. We aim to achieve awareness, participation, and improvement at all levels of society through our efforts to implement initiatives that achieve social, environmental, and economic balance.

Our approach

Our Mission
One Home Foundation aims to create a balanced, inclusive and sustainable society by creating equal opportunities for all segments of society. We implement initiatives that are aligned with the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals)

specifically Health and Well-being (SDG 3), Sanitation and Water Management (SDG 6), and Responsible Production and Consumption (SDG 12) — with environmental conservation, social justice and human dignity at the core. We are committed to social transformation through effective, scientifically proven and policy-led initiatives such as ‘Samruddha Niradhar – Samruddha Parivar’ and ‘Eco Friendly Idol Immersion Project’. Our efforts are long-term impactful, easily replicable and community-focused.

Our Vision
The two vision behind this initiative are:- 1) "Samruddha Niradhar – Samruddha Parivar" 2) "Eco Friendly Idol Immersion Project"

The vision behind the initiative “Samruddha Niradhar – Samruddha Parivar” is – to connect every destitute person to the mainstream of society and provide them with a dignified, safe and stable lifestyle. One Home Foundation believes that any society prospers only when its most vulnerable members get support in times of need and their dignity as human beings is preserved. By combining proper guidance, ease of documentation and tangible benefits of government welfare schemes, we provide not just help but an opportunity to build a life. Social inclusion, empowerment and human dignity are at the core of this vision

“Eco Friendly Idol Immersion Project” is a scientific and long-term initiative of One Home Foundation for environmental conservation. The basic objective of this project is to stop water pollution caused by traditional methods of idol immersion and convert POP idols into recyclable ones through a scientific recycling system. The collaboration of prestigious scientific institutions like IIT Mumbai, NCL, ICT, RGSTC and coordination with MPCB, Environment Department and ULBs makes this initiative not only environmentally friendly but also strategically effective.
The vision behind this initiative is – every festival should be eco-friendly, every action should be responsible for the future, and every idol immersion should be in harmony with nature through scientific and sustainable alternatives.
